This prestigious award highlights the Town's unwavering commitment to fostering a positive and engaging work environment for its employees. This year, the Town stood out as the only municipality to earn this prestigious award.

The Top Workplaces Award is based on employee feedback collected through the Energage Workplace Survey, a research-backed instrument that evaluates organizational health and culture. The survey assesses factors such as leadership, communication, and overall job satisfaction, drawing on benchmarks developed from data gathered over 18 years from millions of employees across tens of thousands of organizations. 

In the 2024 evaluation, the Town of Palm Beach excelled in the midsize employer category, distinguishing itself as one of only two municipalities to receive this honor among a field predominantly composed of private sector companies. This achievement underscores the Town's dedication to excellence in public service and its role as a model employer in the region.
