Emergency Medical Services
The Palm Beach Fire Rescue Department provides Emergency Medical Services to the residents and visitors within the Town of Palm Beach as well as mutual aid response to the surrounding municipalities.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) means to provide out-of-hospital acute medical care and/or transport to definitive care for those who are ill or injured. Our mission is to provide the highest level of prehospital care allowed with rapid assessment, stabilization and transportation to the appropriate care facility as expeditiously as possible. We accomplish this while using the most proven scientific methods of treatment, and latest technology aimed at improving the patient’s outcome.
We continue to research ways to improve on our customer service delivery to ensure the level of care we provide is of the highest standard. It is not enough to treat you; we strive to take care of your every need.
