The Town Clerk serves as the Town's Records Management Liaison Officer and the supervisor of town elections. The Town Clerk's Office is responsible for preparing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining the Town Charter and Code of Ordinances, overseeing certain permits and applications for the Town's boards and commissions, and providing notary services.

Town Clerk's Office Permits
The following permits are processed by the Town Clerk's Office:
| Charitable Solicitation Permits | This permit is required to solicit contributions for a charitable purpose by any method within the Town of Palm Beach. |
| Special Event Permits | This permit is required to hold an event/gathering on public property. |
| Temporary Animal Permits | This permit is required to temporarily possess otherwise prohibited animals for the purpose of an event on public or private property. |
| Commercial Filming Permits | This permit is required to use public property within the town for the purpose of any kind of commercial video filming. |
| Religious Holiday Symbol Permits | This permit is required to to erect and display an unattended symbol related to a religious holiday. This is permitted at Bradley Park only. |
| Auction Permits | This permit is required for auctions held within the Town that are not already connected with a charitable solicitation permit application. |
| Closing Out/Distress Sale Permit | This permit is required to advertise or conduct a closeout/distress sale in the Town of Palm Beach. |
