Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Bob earned his degree at The Ohio State University. Bob's commitment to public service has impacted communities across Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida.
Since assuming the position of Deputy Town Manager in October 2022, Bob has been instrumental in steering the fiscal direction of the Town of Palm Beach. His responsibilities include overseeing financial operations, coordinating the annual budget planning process, and leading procurement initiatives crucial for municipal affairs. Bob advocates for the integration of modern technologies and streamlined processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and accessibility for both staff and citizens. Bob takes pride in his role as a father to two accomplished adult children and a grandfather to six grandchildren. Their accomplishments serve as a source of pride and inspiration in his life. Outside of work, Bob enjoys sports, mainly soccer, including officiating matches in Palm Beach County.
