The Town of Palm Beach is its own separate municipality; our ZIP code is 33480. We are not responsible for the City of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, or any other nearby city. Each of those places has its own government, ordinances, and departments.

Because of that, we unfortunately cannot assist with issues, violations, or services that occur in neighboring cities

The Town of Palm Beach does not collect or manage county taxes. For questions or payments related to Palm Beach County taxes, please contact the Palm Beach County Tax Collector’s Office or visit their website at pbctax.com.

The Town of Palm Beach does not handle health insurance programs or enrollment directly. Those services are managed at the Palm Beach County level and through state and federal programs.

For assistance with health insurance options, eligibility, or enrollment, you will need to contact Palm Beach County or the appropriate health or human services agency. They can provide information on programs such as Medicaid, marketplace plans, and other local health coverage resources.

We are a separate municipality from the City of West Palm Beach.

Our office is only able to assist with matters that are specifically related to the Town of Palm Beach.
