  • In Procurement Page of Town Website, there is a Vendor Center, explaining the procedure. Vendor needs to register with Bonfire (for free). After being registered, vendor will be getting notifications any time that new bid goes on the street.

  • Procurement utilizes e-procurement platform which can be accessed from Town website, under Procurement page. While bids are not yet awarded, they can be seen by public. To access bid tabulations and other official notices, you will need to access a bid, by creating a vendor account with Bonfire. After the award, Contracts are posted also in Bonfire, but in Contract Management module.   • Town use Public Surplus website for auctioning off any surplus items. After being register with Public Purchase, any user may bid for item listed in auction.

  • Yes, Central Store located in Public Works Building has a loading dock and available forklift for receiving.

  • Vendors can call any of procurement agents to make an appointment. Vendors can meet with Procurement only with prior appointment set up.  Please contact your agent using the information here for an appointment.

  • To register as a vendor with the Town of Palm Beach, sign up for free on the Bonfire procurement platform via the Procurement and Contracts Management page at townofpalmbeach.com.

    Submit a W-9 form (required for IRS compliance) and any updates to your vendor profile; this grants access to electronic bids, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

They can guide you through the registration process, including any required forms like the IRS W-9 and use of the Bonfire electronic platform for solicitations.
