Effective for the September 2018 Town Council meetings, the deadline for the public to submit items to be included in Town Council meeting back-up has changed to
12:00 p.m. on the Thursday immediately prior to the Council meetings.
This change will allow staff sufficient time to efficiently organize and process back-up materials for submission to the Mayor and Town Council and dissemination to the general public.
Council meeting agendas will now be published by 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before the Town Council meetings and will be accessible online at that time. In an effort to provide back-up material as early as possible, staff will include information via hyperlinks for all finalized agenda items when the agenda is published on Wednesday. As additional agenda items are finalized, they will be added via hyperlink and all items will be fully available by 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the Council meetings.
