[ARCHIVED] Just Dance, Inc. Joins the Palm Beach Recreation Center

The Palm Beach Recreation Department is partnering with Just Dance, Inc. to bring youth and adult classes to our schedule of activities.

Youth programs include:

Engage: Parent/Child, Wednesdays, 9:15-10:00am, gets moms and dads moving with their 12-24month olds through dance, exploration of toys, books and more!

Movers & Shakers, Mondays, 10:15-10:45am, has 2-3year olds dancing with props, moving to stories/picture books and practicing gross motor skills while enjoying a variety of music.

Movers & Shakers Combo, Mondays, 11:00-11:45am, for ages 3-5 will have your child exploring and learning pre-ballet, tap and basic dance concepts through Creative Dance, movement exploration and gross motor activities.

Adults looking for toning, strength and a really good stretch can join Just Dance, Inc. for the Adult Ballet Stretch class, Wednesdays, 10:15-11:15am. Ballet Stretch will focus on your alignment, strength, breath and stretching. Floor and barre work will focus on alignment, core and leg strength and flexibility. Center work will introduce basic steps and focus on balance and body fluency. No experience needed!

Classes will run monthly and are scheduled to begin the week of February 5. The resident rate for each class is $80/month and the nonresident rate for each class is $92/month. Drop-ins are welcome, residents $25, nonresidents $29.

Registration is on-going. Proof of residency is required to receive resident rates.  Registration may be done over the phone, in person or online.
