In observance of Labor Day, on Monday, September 4, 2023 Town offices will be closed, construction work or landscaping will not be allowed, and the following schedules will apply:
- Par 3 Golf Course will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
- Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Center will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
- Seaview Tennis Center will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
- Mandel Recreation Center will be closed.
- Town Public Beaches will be open from sunrise to sunset.
- Residential Garbage Service will be picked up for residences on Kawama Lane/Chateaux Drive north to E. Inlet Drive only. No other residential areas of the island will be serviced for garbage on Monday, September 4, 2023.
- Commercial Garbage Service (7-day service) will be serviced as usual.
- Commercial Recycling will be serviced as usual.
- Yard Trash Collection will not be serviced on Monday, September 4, 2023, however stash areas will be serviced during residential collection starting Tuesday, September 5th through Friday, September 8th.
