Please be reminded, for the safety of the Sanitation crews, and in accordance with the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 102-45, Division 2 – all garbage, must be placed inside the container for collection. Container(s) must be watertight and no larger than 50 gallons. Please reference the Solid Waste Authority's "Recycle Right Everyday" resource for useful information. Items placed for collection must be in an approved bin and not in plastic or garbage bags within the bin.
Violation of Town Ordinances on proper recycling procedures may be subject to issuance of a warning notice.
