The Town of Palm Beach seasonal fertilizer restrictions (Ordinance No. 21-2019) take effect on Thursday, June 1st and runs through Saturday, September 30th. During this time frame, fertilizer containing nitrogen or phosphorus shall not be utilized/applied.
