The Palm Beach Police Department is hosting a Coaching the Mature Driver Course on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in partnership with Palm Beach Crime Watch and the Safety Council of Palm Beach County

The cost of the course is $15.00 per person.  The course will be held at the Town of Palm Beach Fire-Rescue Station meeting room, 2185 S. Ocean Blvd., Palm Beach.  Parking will be relaxed at Phipps Ocean Park for the hours of this course.

This six-hour classroom course has been developed for the senior experienced driver.  The course reviews basic driving techniques and introduces techniques to help offset the effects of having a crash while driving.  Coaching the Mature Driver combines lecture with discussion and video in a lively and informative format.  The State of Florida offers an insurance discount for licensed drivers 55 or older who complete this course.
