PALM BEACH, FL – The Palm Beach Police Department is dedicated to the highest levels of service and excellence for the Town of Palm Beach. As one of the safest communities in the nation, the Department is committed to proactively engage with residents and business owners to recognize positive achievements, collect meaningful feedback and improve overall public safety.
The Palm Beach Police Department invites residents and businesses on the island to participate in a “Community Survey on Public Safety and Law Enforcement.” On or about December 3rd, a postcard and/or email will be sent with a survey link for residents and businesses to complete and voice their opinions about strengthening our relationship with the community. Based on the results of the survey, the Palm beach Police Department will be able to better understand stakeholder opinions regarding the following five key areas:
- Overall Department performance
- Competence of Department employees
- Citizens’ perception of officer attitudes and behavior
- Community concern over safety and security within the Town
- Citizens’ recommendations and suggestions for improvements
