The Town of Palm Beach would like to remind residents and those who conduct business in Town, of the Town of Palm Beach seasonal work hours, which may affect the road rights-of-ways.
Right-of-way permits are required for any work in the road rights-of-ways (including sidewalks) or work from the road right of way that impacts traffic and pedestrians to facilitate construction. All right of way requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Town’s Public Works staff and the Town Engineer consistent with the Town of Palm Beach Right of Way Manual.
