Personal Training 

The Fitness Center, at the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center, offers personal training sessions. Whether this is your first time working with a trainer or you are a seasoned veteran, we will work with you to accomplish the goals you have set. 

Individual Sessions:
30 Minutes: $60
60 Minutes: $100

10 Sessions:
30 Minutes: $550
60 Minutes: $900

20 Sessions:
30 Minutes: $1050
60 Minutes: $1750    


Partner & Small Group Training- NEW

Partner:                                                                                   30 Minutes: $100                                                                     60 Minutes: $150

Small Group (3-5 people) Sessions:                                   *60 minutes only: $200                                                          *Held in multipurpose room, fieldhouse, or outdoors.

What's What Lecture Series
Join HealthFitness for the new free, “What’s What” Lecture Series consisting of monthly, 10 minute healthy living presentations. Can't make it in person, check it out on Facebook through the Palm Beach Recreation Department page or on Instagram, townofpalmbeachrecreation and don't forget to invite your friends to watch.

Total Body Conditioning with Jennifer

This aerobics-style class is appropriate for all fitness levels and includes an ever-changing mix of cardiovascular and full body exercises.  This workout is designed to improve muscle tone, cardiovascular health and mood

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am

Yoga for Flexibility with Jennifer

This Vinyasa-style Yoga class moves at a slower pace, allowing more time for static holds and deepening postures.  Some restorative and yin-style yoga poses included.

Tuesdays 9:00am

Core Strength & Stability with Daniel

This 30 minute intensive class will incorporate exercises for lengthening, strengthening, and stabilizing the muscles of the abdominals, lower back and obliques

Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00am

Assess 4 Success  with John  *Registration required, Free for members

This weekly check-in and fitness opportunity allows members to track progress on muscular strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and/or body composition with the help of Fitness Staff.  Sign up for one to two assessments per week, registration limited to up to 4 individuals per ‘class’.

Yoga for Strength with Jennifer

This Vinyasa-style Yoga class moves at a faster pace, modeling the one breath per movement format.  Focusing on building strength and endurance, expect to both stretch and break a sweat utilizing plenty of sun salutations.

Drop-in Class: Residents $18, Nonresidents $23 

5 Class Pass: Residents $80, Nonresidents $100 

10 Class Pass: Residents $140, Nonresidents $175
