Metered Spaces: Metered parking spaces are available on various streets throughout mid-town, as well as the Royal Palm Way and Phipps Ocean Park parking lots. Parking rates are $5/hour along South Ocean Blvd. and at Phipps Ocean Park, and $3/hour in all other metered areas.

Time limit enforcement is captured electronically from vehicles parked parallel and at 45° and 90° angles. It also records wheel imaging and GPS positioning.

All violations that occur in residential areas are $60 and all violations that occur is commercial areas are $50. However, the following fines are also in effect:
1. Handicap violations: $250 in both residential and commercial areas
