The Palm Beach Police Department will only rescind tickets that were issued in error
Electing to appeal a Parking Citation will not waive late fees, which accrue 14 calendar days after issuance
If the citation is not rescinded, ALL late fees will apply
This appeal is not a plea or request for a Court Appearance. In order to hear your case before a Magistrate and plead “Not Guilty,” you must notify the court in person or in writing:
