SPRING Session
Spring session begins the week of March 27
Registration is ongoing.
Fees, Dates and Programs are subject to change. Due to social distancing, space will be limited, therefore, pre-registration is required. Face masks will be required for all programs unless you are engaging in a physically active program. Face masks will still be required when entering and exiting the building.
Registration for classes may be made in person, 340 Seaview Avenue, by phone 561-838-5485 or click the Register Here button (Online registration ends when classes begin. Please call the main office at 561-838-5485 to register). All fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Please fill out and return the Participant Registration Form and COVID-19 Waiver to the instructor or main office prior to the first class.

These programs are designed to teach children the importance of physical activity, helps babies develop communication, gross and fine motor skills and teaches socialization. It's also a great way for parents to get out of the house and connect with others. |
TeachLab Parent/Child Workshops- NEW TIMES & LOWER FEES! TeachLab Palm Beach offers parenting classes with a focus on supporting families of young children through an evidence & research-based curriculum. Classes are led by an experienced Developmental Therapist who specializes in ages zero to five and covers topics such as milestones, importance of play, food, sleep, transitions, attachment and much more. We’ll also dive into communication, sensory and physical development as well as early intervention for children with delays. Classes will be filled with lots of discussion and interactive developmental activities to support the topic of the week. Tot Tumbling Join Gold Coast Gymnastics to learn basic tumbling skills such as somersaults, cart wheels, bridges and more as you explore your physical and character development. Mondays 4:00-4:45pm ages 3-4 years Residents $198/8wks Nonresidents $248/8wks |
Movin’ & Groovin’ Rhythm & Hues will have you singing, dancing and playing with instruments in this fun music class. Wednesdays 10:30am-11:00am 18 months-3 years Residents $280/8wks Nonresidents $350/8wks |
Soft Play– Rhythm & Hues NEW Come and explore with us! Soft play provides a safe and fun environment and is the perfect way for kids from Birth-4 years old to get their wiggles out while developing balance, fine and gross motor coordination, problem-solving and social skills. It’s also a great way for toddlers to socialize with other kids! 1 hour sessions. Preregistration is required! Body Conditioning with Sandee Sineni will return on the Fall! A combination of an easy, low impact warm up, light weight work, mat work and stretching. Balance & Stability with Stephanie Bogdan This class aims to increase strength and improve balance. Movement is focused on specific exercises to improve posture and reaction time, as well as stability, strength, and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints. Wednesdays 10:00am-10:45am |
Total Body Reset with Daniel Williams Give your body what it needs to get back to full strength with a “reset” workout to realign and recalibrate. By doing a restorative circuit of exercises and stretches, you’ll help reposition your muscles for better performance. Wednesdays 12:00pm-12:45pm |

Half-court and Pickleball reservations will be done through the Recreation Center at 561-838-5485. Payment is due at the time of reservation for all fieldhouse activities. Please see below for more information. A registration form and COVID-19 Waiver is required of all participants. |

Half-Court Reservations You may reserve a half-court for a one or two hour block with a maximum of eight players. Players must bring their own equipment. Payment is due at time of reservation. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, multiple reservations are allowed. Resident $20 +tax Nonresident $25 +tax |
Pickleball Reservations You may reserve a pickleball court for a one or two hour block Monday -Friday, 10:30am-1:30pm and on weekends pending availability. Singles or doubles play is allowed. Players must bring their own equipment. Payment is due at time of reservation. Reservations must be made a day in advance to allow for set-up. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, multiple reservations are allowed. Resident $25 +tax Nonresident $32 +tax |
