Registration is ongoing. Pre-registration is required.

Fees, Dates and Programs are subject to change. Due to social distancing, space will be limited, therefore, pre-registration is required. Face masks will be required for all programs unless you are engaging in a physically active program. Face masks will still be required when entering and exiting the building.

Please fill out and return the Participant Registration Form and COVID-19 Waiver to the instructor or main office prior to the first class.

Winter Parent/Child
These programs are designed to teach children the importance of physical activity, helps babies develop communication, music classgross and fine motor skills and teaches socialization. It's also a great way for parents to get out of the house and connect with others

Toddler Social - Rhythm & Hues 

 Ignite your child's creativity through reading, music and art in this fun parent/child class.

Thursdays 9:30am-10:15am               ages 18 months - 3 years

Residents: $140 + $35 supply fee    Nonresidents: $175/month + $35 supply fee 

Movin’ & Groovin  -   Rhythm & Hues                                            

Rhythm & Hues will have you singing, dancing and playing with instruments in this fun 45 minute music class.   

Thursdays 10:15-11:00am ages 18 months-3 years

Preschool Readiness- Rhythm & Hues

Your child learning their letters, shapes and numbers through an educational art class.

Join fellow recreation enthusiasts this fall and learn a new language, find your inner creativity or hone a skill.

Italian with Laura Antonacci     -Virtual

Laura will make learning Italian easy and fun. She conducts class almost entirely in the target language and focuses on development of conversational skills. Students will become acquainted with the culture, music, and food of Italy.

Digital Photography with Joel Cohen

Take your photos to a whole new level by studying the greats, getting constructive feedback with group discussion and learning your cameras functions. You will need to bring a sampling of your photos to class.

Designed to get you into tip top shape, our exercise classes, taught by certified instructors, are perfect for any fitness level or ability.

Foam Rolling & Mobility with Danny Williams NEW

Using foam rollers and gentle stretching, this class aims to reduce soreness,

relieve muscle tension, and improve mobility. Feel better and move well in this open level class!

Abs Blast 

Sculpt defined abdominals while strengthening your deep core muscles. This open-level class will work the mid-section from all angles.

Total Body Toning with Loren Kilgore- NEW

Using light to moderate-weight dumbbells and body weight, this total body workout

incorporates the principles of basic strength and conditioning movements suitable for all fitness levels.

Balance & Stability with Stephanie Bogdan
This class aims to increase strength and improve balance. Movement is focused on specific exercises to improve posture and reaction time, as well as stability, strength, and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints.

Yoga with Stephanie Bogdan

This is an open-level class focusing on basic foundational yoga postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility and balance. You can expect simplicity of flowing postures and ease of movement/breath connection.

Movements from Pilates and Yoga are fused together to challenge your core strength while promoting flexibility.

Palm Beach Sweat & Stretch with Stephanie Bogdan NEW

Join us on the last Saturday of every month for an outdoor workout on the front lawn. This class is a total body workout which incorporates body-weight movements with various levels of intensity to increase heart rate, promote toning, and improve muscular endurance. Ending with 10 minutes of deep stretching, you'll walk away feeling refreshed and renewed!

Half-Court Reservations

The Smith Family Fieldhouse is available for half-court reservations. A registration form and COVID-19 Waiver is required of all participants.bball court reservations

You may reserve a half-court for a one or two hour block with a maximum of eight players. Players must bring their own equipment. Payment is due at time of reservation. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, multiple reservations are allowed.
