The Town has three polling locations:
- Morton & Barbara Mandel Recreation Center is precincts 5603 and 5604
- Palm Beach Fire Station #3 (South station) is precincts 5605, 5607, and 5608
- St. Edwards Church is precincts 5601 and 5602

- The deadline to register to vote in the 2026 Uniform Municipal Elections is Monday, February 9, 2026. Register to vote
- Voters who are already registered are encouraged to verify and, if needed, update their voter registration. Verify and update voter registration
- Vote-by-Mail Request Deadline: 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026
- Vote-by-Mail Ballot Return Deadline: 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, to the Main Office, or 5:00 p.m. to a Branch Office or Secure Ballot Intake Station

Becoming a Town Council Candidate
Pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Town Charter, Town general elections are held on the 2nd Tuesday in March. All elected officials serve a two year term. Two Council Members and the Mayor are elected in each odd-numbered year and three Council Members are elected in each even-numbered year.
All registered voters of the Town of Palm Beach who have resided in the Town for a period of at least one (1) year prior to qualifying for the Election are eligible to run for the Town of Palm Beach Town Council.

- Please note that voters who wish to receive a Vote-by-Mail ballot for the 2025 municipal elections are required to complete a new Vote-by-Mail ballot request, which will open on November 6, 2024.
