All ages and fitness levels welcome for this fun, zoo-themed workout. Think squats, lunges, animal movements & more. Lift your littles or get big kids building strength and endurance working out alongside you! Zumba GOLD TONING (45 min) with Anabell
Tailored for active older adults who want to focus on muscle conditioning and light weight activity. Ideal for individuals who want a slower-paced Zumba class with the benefits of moderate intensity strength training for the entire body.

Strength & Stability (45 min) with Daniel
This 30 minute intensive class will incorporate exercises for lengthening, strengthening, and stabilizing the muscles of the abdominals, lower back and obliques.

Butts & Gutts (30 min)
This thirty minute class targets the muscles of the backside and trunk – abdominals, obliques, lower back, glutes and hips.
Yoga for Strength (55 min)
This yoga class moves at a medium-slow pace, and focuses on building strength and endurance, particularly in upper body strength. Learn the foundational movements behind sun salutations and more.
Yoga for Mobility (55 min) Thursdays at 9
This restorative/yin-style class moves at a slower pace, allowing more time for static holds and deepening postures. Expect extra time spent on shoulder, trunk and hip mobility, especially beneficial for our golf and tennis athletes.
Total Body Conditioning (50 min)
Full-body Strength and conditioning accessible to all fitness levels. This aerobics/weight-training focused class will stretch and strengthen every muscle group while getting the heart rate up.
Vinyasa Yoga (50 min) with Amy
This vinyasa-style yoga class moves at a medium pace, encouraging movement with the breath. Focusing on building strength, balance, and overall fitness in this gentle class available to all fitness levels!
