Town Bids, Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualification (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI) can be accessed through Onvia DemandStar and/or PublicPurchase. Click on the links below to be re-directed to their web sites. If you would like to submit a bid or proposal, register and download the complete solicitation package, follow instructions for submittal in the documents and deliver to the Purchasing Division. Please clearly identify your bid/proposal with the appropriate project number and title.

Note that DemandStar does charge a small, nominal, login fee (required to become a planholder) if you are not already a subscriber. Respondents are advised that DemandStar and PublicPurchase are the recommended sourcing of solicitations, notices, addenda, and other communications.  The Town of Palm Beach is not under any obligation and will not email notifications concerning the posting, amendment or close of solicitations.  Vendors are responsible to check DemandStar and/or PublicPurchase for information and updates concerning solicitations or contact the Purchasing Division.

It shall be the responsibility of each bidder, during and prior to bid submittal to determine if addenda were issued and to obtain such addenda.
