Basic Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
The town provides employees with basic life insurance at no cost in an amount equal to one time the employee’s annual base salary up to a maximum of $100,000.  Accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage matches basic term life amounts.

Employee Assistance Program
The town pays 100% of the monthly premium for employees and eligible household members. ComPsych GuidanceResources program offers someone to talk to and resources to consult whenever and wherever employees need them.  Support and resources are available 24/7 online or by phone.

Fitness Center
Town employees have access to the fitness center located on the first floor of the central fire station across the street from town hall.  To use this benefit, employees will need to complete the Employee Fitness Center Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, General Rules Form, and General Release / Hold Harmless Agreement.
